Welcome to MUZN. By accessing our platform, booking trial sessions, or subscribing to our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
MUZN provides live interactive 1-on-1 and group classes in Quran, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and STEM subjects. Sessions are conducted virtually by qualified educators. Class durations and pathways are determined by the subscribed package.
For learners under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must register the account, provide consent for live sessions, and oversee scheduling. Parents are responsible for ensuring students maintain a suitable and respectful learning environment.
We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a 1-on-1 session without charge. Late cancellations or 'no-shows' will result in the class being counted. Group sessions run on fixed schedules and cannot be individually rescheduled.
All users must interact respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior, speech, or violation of classroom ethics will result in immediate suspension of services without a refund. Tutors are likewise bound by professional standards.
Packages are paid in advance. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis or block hours. If you are unsatisfied after your trial session or first paid class, you may request a refund within 7 days, after which payments are non-refundable.
